Fruity Pebbles Cake Mix Cookies Recipe

This recipe includes a cake mix and a pudding mix. You’d better believe these cookies are soft and delicious!

The addition of white chocolate chips adds a touch of creaminess. The pretty Fruity Pebbles cereal adds more texture and a fun blast of color.

Ingredients

  • 1 vanilla cake mix
  • 1 box (3.4 oz)of vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Fruity Pebblescereal

How to make Fruity Pebbles Cake Mix Cookies

These cereal cookies are easy to make and fun too. My favorite part is working the dough with my hands, creating the little cookie dough balls and then rolling them in the colorful cereal. This step is also fun for kids to help with.

Just follow these easy steps to make a batch of these bright and colorful sweet treats.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2
In a small bowl, add 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles cereal. Set aside.

Step 3
In a large bowl, add the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs and oil. Combine well until a dough forms.

Step 4
Add the white chocolate chips and 1 cup of Fruity Pebblescereal to the large bowl containing the dough.Stir with a large spoon or work the dough with your hands until the extra ingredients are incorporated.

Step 5
Use a spoon, cookie scoop or your hands to portion about 2″ balls of dough. These are big! You will get about 12 big cookies.

Step 6
Roll each cookie dough ball in the Fruity Pebblesthat you set aside in the small bowl. Press gently so the Fruity Pebblesstick and coat the dough balls.

Step 7
Place the cereal-coated dough balls on the cookie sheet. Leave plenty of room between them as the dough will spread as it cooks. Depending on the size of your cookie sheet, you’ll probably need at least two batches of baking.

Step 8
Bake the cookies for approximately 10-12 minutes or until the edges just start to turn very light brown.

Allow the cookies to cool for about 5 minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to a rack or parchment paper to cool completely. Enjoy!
